iPhone 5 has been launched in India today. This is the first time that iPhone has launched in India without any conjugation with a major telecommunication brand. The 16,32 & 64 GB models are priced at INR 45,500,INR 52,500 & 59,500 respectively. Now whether the phone is worth its price is a serious question that you need to ask yourself before buying this phone.

12 W Adapter Charges Your iPad And iPhone Much Faster

On the product page for the new 12W USB charger, Apple confirmed it would indeed ship with Retina iPads. With the new fourth-gen replacing the third-gen iPad—that would essentially cover just the iPad 4. It is, however, selling the adapter by itself for $19 online and listing compatibility with iPad 2, iPhone 4S, and iPod touch fifth-gen and up.

Apple said, “We don’t have an exact percentage of how much faster it would charge but you should see an increase in speed.”

This is good news to iPad third generation owners who were disappointed with the slow charge times from the original 10W adapter.

Customers who want to turbocharge their device can buy the new 12W USB power adapter for $19 from Apple’s online store.

Judge Crabb Unhappy With Apple

The Apple-Motorola Mobility FRAND patent trial will begin on Monday at 1pm, Judge Barbara Crabb didn't like Apple's stated willingness to enter into a licensing agreement with Motorola Mobility for the right to use the latter's standards-essential patents, only if it didn't have to pay more than $1 per Apple iPhone.
Judge concerned that Apple wants to use Motorola offer for FRAND patent fee as a negotiating tool
The judge noted her thoughts in an "Opinion and Order" entered with the court on Friday. Judge
Crabb does not want to order Motorola to make an offer to Apple if the Cupertino based firm is going to use that offer as a negotiating tool, and she now "believes it would be inappropriate to grant Apple's
clarified request for specific performance".
Judge Crabb is not happy with Apple
Judge Crabb is not happy with Apple
She added that if ordering Motorola to make an offer to Apple would end all of the patent litigation or  extended negotiations, she would have granted Apple's request for specific performance, but "it is now clear that specific performance would not resolve those concerns". Apple didn't help its cause by using a 'blackmail' type approach to the $1 rate it tried to force on Motorola and the court. Apple should have guessed that judges don't like being forced into doing anything. We recommend that Apple's attorneys watch a few episodes of Judge Judy to learn that. A similar statement was made in the Microsoft-Motorola Mobility FRAND case which is going to trial on November 13th. In that case, Judge James Robart told both sides to stop using the court "as a pawn in a global, industry-wide business negotiation".

Iphone No Longer To Be Sold In Mexico

Everyone knows that the name Iphone wasn't first introduced by Apple. Years
before the it made its debut, there was an internet appliance called the iPhone, which was acquired by Cisco. Apple ended up getting in a lawsuit with Cisco over the rights to the name, but the disputewas ultimately settled.

More recently, Apple’sbeen fighting another battle over the iPhone name, now in Mexico, but the favour has gone against Apple, denying it the rights to sell its smartphone as the iPhone. The problem is that Mexico has a telecom company called iFone that’s been operating under that name since before Apple came up with the iPhone.

Inspite of knowing that IFone has come earlier Apple tried to sue iFone to force it to abandon the name. There have been years of legal volleying since, but the latest rulings make it clear that Apple is losing Reportedly, Apple was denied a motion that would have let it continue to keep selling the iPhone with that name. If it wants to sell its hardware in Mexico, it may have to come up with some new name. That could be something as simple as the “Apple Phone”, but whatever the company ends up doing, we can’t imagine it’s very happy about the way this has all happened.

Apple Apology To Samsung Makes Judges Angry

Despite Apple's win against Samsung in the US, in the UK, Apple lost the case as the judge decided that Samsung did not copy the iPad in its tablets, and a couple of weeks ago the company from Cupertino was ordered to put out a notice on its website that would make it clear that Samsung did not copy.

What followed was quite funny though. The notice that ended up on the website contained more references to court decisions outside the case. Overall, the message was so diluted it felt like Apple played a joke on the UK judicial system.

Now, the U.K. Court of Appeal in London reacts and it is clearly unhappy with the “untrue” and “incorrect” notice Apple posted.

“I’m at a loss that a company such as Apple would do this,” Judge Robin Jacob said. “That is a plain breach of the order.”

The U.K. Court of Appeal ordered Apple to take down the statement within 24 hours and replace it with a new notice that would take into account the earlier incorrect comments.

Again, Apple requested 14 days to make those changes on its own website. That request was rejected. You can check out the original notice Apple posted on its web page below.
Apple's 'apology' to Samsung leaves U.K. judge "at loss"

200 Million Iphones May Be Sold By Next Year

Though Apple didn't manage to reach its targets this year, and dramatic shift with its board of directors, the iPhone 5 is supposed to make record sale by next year.

The iPhone 5 has already had a massive sales debut, with more than 5 million sold during the first weekend. For what was left of the financial quarter, an additional 27 million iPhones were sold. Michael Walkley, an analyst with Canaccord Genuity, believes that Apple will move 194 million handsets for this year, achieving quarterly sales goals that will shatter last year’s sales. The holiday quarter of 2011 was Apple’s strongest period, selling 37 million iPhones. For FY2013, sales are expected to reach 48.5 million.

In comparison, Samsung will likely move over 300 million handsets, but take into account that Samsung manufacturers a wide array of products whereas, Apple essentially makes one, plus a lower volume of legacy iPhones. iPad sales will be helped by the new iPad mini, with overall sales possibly topping 100 million units in the coming year.

Ipad Mini Has Stereo Speakers

Every Apple user knowss that in order to listen to stereo sound from their Apple products, some kind of stereo headphones or an external speaker dock should be attached. The iPhone series continues to possess mono speakers, and not even larger iPads have two speakers for a full stereo experience. While in many ways the iPad mini is a shrunken-down iPad 2, one way that Apple has definitely improved on the design is by giving the iPad mini real stereo speakers, as recently confirmed by Apple.
Stereo speakers
While Apple has been short on detailed technical specifications in its public proclamations about the iPad mini, an email from Phil Schiller himself confirms that the tablet features a pair of stereo speakers. Sure, they’re still pretty close together, making it difficult to appreciate the stereo separation, but this is definitely a step in the right direction.
Ipad mini
Can there be similar stereo speakers on future iPads? Sure, why not?If the Ipad mini becomes a hit,and the users welcome the stereo speakers then it is evident that they will be inserted in other Apple products as well.

Ipad 4 Twice As Fast

iPad 4 benchmarks are out, A6X chip runs at 1.4GHz, 1GB of RAM inside

When Apple officially unveiled the fourth generation iPad, it boldly stated that the new CPU  will provide twice the processing power over the previous one. Well, it looks like it was true, as the tablet's benchmark scores show. The iPad 4 with its A6X SoC managed to score 1757 points on Geekbench, which is a 111% increase in raw computations performance over the A5X running inside the third-gen iPad. In comparison, the iPhone 5, sporting an A6 chip scored 1571 points, while the iPad 2 with its A5 SoC got 780 points.

iPad 4 benchmarks vs the iPad 3, iPad 2, and the iPhone 5

While the A6 chip inside the iPhone 5 has been proven to be a dual-core SoC clocking at 1.3GHz, the New iPad with Retina Display (that is the fourth generation Apple slate) takes that further with an Apple A6X chip inside.  The A6X chip, by construction, adds another graphic core for a total of four (opposed to three on iPhone 5′s A6 SoC).. As far as memory is concerned, the tests confirm that the iPad 4 has 1GB of RAM, just as much as the iPad 3 and the iPhone 5 have.

Apple Faces Danger From Android

Android is steadily growing its share almost all over the world and remains the world’s most popular operating system, according to the latest report by UK-based analysts from Kantar Worldpanel ComTech.

The Kantar report focuses on the state of the mobile market in the United States, the UK and Europe as a whole in the third quarter of 2015.

According to the report,Android leads in the United States, but with less. Its commanding 66.4% share has shrunken down to 57.5%, cannibalized by the growth of the iPhone which now has a 35.7% share. Interestingly, RIM has now become less popular than Windows Phone, but both have a very marginal sub-3% representation in the States.

Outside the States, Android is the market leader growing share. In Great Britain, Android controls 58.2% of the market, followed by the iPhone with 28%.In Europe, Android has an impressive 67.1% while the iPhone is a distant second with 16.5%.

Android remains top dog in US and Europe, market share down however in the States                 Interestingly  Kantar thinks that for the week or so of availability, the iPhone 5 has swung the stakes in favor of Apple:“We can see that in markets with a large number of existing Apple customers, sales have already seen a significant boost. We expect this momentum to be fully realized in the next set of results,“ Kantar analyst Dominic Sunnebo said.

700,000 Apps Now In Play Store

Just a few days earlier we saw that WP has 125000 apps in its store. While Apple was ahead in the numbers game as far as application in its store are concerned with Android, Google was quickly closing the gap. It appears that the Play Store has now reached another important landmark and has now, according to Mountain View, managed to catch up to Apple.
Satisfied,huh?

While its absolutely true that quantity is not the defining factor — as there are a lot of mediocre apps in  every application markets — Android fans will surely be excited to hear the news. Apple has just recently told everyone that it paid $6.5 billion to developers since the introduction of its online store. Also, the tablet market and dedicated apps seem to the a bragging topic: Apple is proud to have more than 275,000 applications developed especially for the iPad, while Google is still struggling in that specific chapter.

Scott Forstall To Leave Apple In 2013

Apple has announced that the  senior vice-president of iOS software Scott Forstall will be retiring. Forstall will leave Apple in 2013 and till then will act as an advisor to CEO Tim Cook.

After he will leave, his responsibilities will be shared by four of Apple's current executives. Jony Ive, who is in charge of the Industrial Design department at Apple will now head the Human Interface department as well. This means Ive will now be in charge of the hardware as well as the software designs at Apple.
Meanwhile, Eddy Cue will take on responsibilities of Siri and Maps, Craig Federighi will lead both iOS and OS X and Bob Mansfield will lead a new group called Technologies that covers all the wireless teams at Apple.
It is said the Forstall was liked by few people within the company, least of all by Jony Ive, who apparently wouldn't even sit in the same meeting room as Forstall. According to John Gruber of Daring Fireball, Forstall's "design taste, engineering management and abrasive style, and the whole iOS 6 Maps thing" were key factors in Forstall leaving the company, or to put it bluntly, him being made to leave the company.
According to The Verge, Forstall's biggest mistake was him refusing to sign his name on the apology letter that Apple issued regarding the customer dissatisfaction with the new iOS 6 Maps software. He thought the complaints over the data quality were over-blown, so instead Tim Cook signed his name on the letter.
With Craig Federighi leading iOS and Jony Ive handling the design department, we are really looking forward to some new design innovations in iOS in the future versions. Jony Ive's minimalist design taste with the hardware is almost universally loved and we would love to see more of that in the software, with less leather and linen backgrounds. Still, we would like to give credit where it's due and would like to thank Scott Forstall for giving us one of the best mobile operating systems of all time, which was nothing short of groundbreaking at the time it came out.
Moreover, Apple's head of Retail John Browett is also leaving Apple. Browett joined the company in January this year and was apparently not one of the best employee choices made by Apple.

How To Take Photos While Video Recording In Iphone 5

Often it happens that we don't record a video, fearing that then maybe we can't click photos .Then you have a tough decision to make.Do you stop filming, snap the photo and go back to recording, or just miss out on it altogether? Well, if you own an iPhone 5 you can now do both. Yes,the iPhone 5's native camera app has the ability to snap a photo while you're recording a video.
Iphone 5 Camera

While recording, you'll see a camera icon on the screen. Tapping on it will snap a photo without interrupting the video.

The photo is then saved to your Camera Roll. The only downside is that any photos snapped while recording a video are taken in the iPhone 5's 16:9 aspect ration, with a size of 1,920x1,080 pixels. So you'll be missing out on the same quality you've come to expect from the camera on the iPhone, but the quality is still moderate.

Amazon Compares Kindle Fire With Ipad Mini On Its Homepage

The 7 inch tablets are in a serious war After the Nexus 7 got compared to the iPad Mini at the Apple’s event last week, now Amazon has flexed its muscle, pitting its Kindle Fire HD against the iPad Mini on its very homepage.

The online retailer has put up a big ad right on its homepage saying “Much more for much less” and made a comparison of its own 7-inch Kindle Fire HD against the iPad Mini, highlighting the display resolution, pixels per inch and most importantly – the price.

What do you think? Will you buy the Ipad Mini or the Kindle Fire HD?

Siri Is Advertising Falsely

If you thought only Apple’s commercials on TV were practicing false advertising, try asking Siri to do a web search for something like “the best computer”. Instead of actually providing information based on web search results and user reviews, Apple’s Siri software will provide a “sponsored answer” instead that advertises Apple’s products.  When you ask Siri, “What is the best computer?” Siri answers with “a mac” instead of an answer that’s backed by actual data or a listing of information that’s relevant to your questions.  We saw a similar issue earlier when you could ask Siri “What is the best smartphone?” and the response would give you actual data from the internet that indicated that the Nokia Lumia 900 was the best smartphone at the time.  Apple quickly replaced that actual answer with a sponsored advertisement for the iPhone instead.  This means that other “more-accurate” information is being removed from Siri’s results in order to promote Apple’s own products.

Twist Pilot Game Review

Twist Pilot, from Zynga is a puzzle game for Android & iOS users. The hero of this game is Phil & the main aim is to control Phil through a maze, simultaneously collecting rings & saving from spiders.

Title
Twist Pilot
Developer
Zynga
Platform
iOS
Android
Release Date

October 2015

Size
36.4MB
36MB
Price
$0.99

Phil is a sort of weirdly shaped snake(more like a rubber band),who also constantly rotates.

Though the game sounds easy,it is not so partly because Phil is rotating.Timing is crucial in this game .Well, the actual tricky part comes now.If you touch something that is not a ring or a key you lose health. Lose enough health and the game is over and you have to start the level all over again. Thankfully, your health regenerates and in particularly challenging levels you will also find health boosts but that doesn’t mean you can carelessly lose your health. Losing health also comes with a 1.5 second time penalty, which affects your final time.

You have power-ups scattered throughout the levels to help you through. Some of them make Phil smaller so he can squeeze through tight spaces. Some make him longer, which honestly only makes things more difficult. Some slow him down, some increase his rate of rotation and some make him spin the other way. The effects of these power-ups are temporary so you need to do whatever you have to do quickly once you use them. The power-ups are optional and you can only use them if you want to although at times they are necessary.

The initial levels in the game are fairly simple. You will be navigating through uncomplicated mazes and not have much in terms of enemies to worry about. The later levels wind up the difficulty level considerably and make you crawl through some tight spaces while throwing a ton of spiders in for good measure. The target time also drops from comfortably high to uncomfortably close and you may find yourself replaying levels if you dawdle around or take too much damage repeatedly.

I myself didnt believe this but the game is quite fun actually. This game is more for kids though. The graphical department needed a bit of improvement. But for $ .99 I think it is th worth giving the game a try.
What do you people say?Do you like it or hate it?Please comment below.ease

Prince Of Persia Classic Game Review

Prince Of Persia first came out in 1989 and this mobile game is simply a remake of that game. There have been a few other remakes if this game by Gameloft & Ubisoft and they have been removed and replaced by this one.

Title: Prince of Persia Classic
Developer :  Ubisoft
Platform: iOS (iPhone / iPad),Android
Release Date: June 2015(iOS),September 2015(Android)
Size:212MB / 195 MB (iOS),224MB(Android)
Price: $1.99 / $2.99(iOS), $2.99 / Free (trial)(Android)

In this Classic game you are a wanderer known as the prince whose main aim is to save the life of the Sultans daughter from the evil Vizier and regain the lost kingdom. No 3D pleasure for you folks, this purely a 2D game.
Now ,I personally didn't like the game. The controls are partly responsible,I must say.
There is no precise movement You can’t make him start running properly, you can’t make him stop when you want to. Half the time he just ends up running over an edge because he didn’t stop where you thought he would.I hope you can understand the situation.
Climbing up and down is even more frustrating. The Prince’s moves are ridiculously limited, so he can only jump straight up when not moving. You have to line him up perfectly under an edge for him to grab it, not easy when you consider the aforementioned lack of movement accuracy. Climbing down a ledge is similarly frustrating.

And another much more annoying part is the laggy movement.Every action you do is followed by a slow, deliberate animation that makes you feel as if you’re watching the game in slow motion. There is no urgency in the movement and the animations feel lethargic, robbing the game of the energy and making the fairly short levels seem to drag on and on.
You’ll lose in the game many times, and 90% of the time it’s the game’s fault. The checkpoints are also spaced far apart, so if you die you have to go through a whole lot of trouble to get back to where you were, only to die again. You can choose to respawn instantly but that’s something you have to pay for using in-app purchases. Very irritating indeed.

Truly speaking ,I wouldn't recommend this to my readers.Still, those who are on Android can try a free trial.

How Can Apple Steal Customers From Android?

Recently,I was at one of my friend's house. He said that he will be buying a new smartphone soon.He said that he was extremely confused between two smartphones. Can anyone guess which are they?
Well, they are none other than the Iphone 5 & the Samsung Galaxy S III.This friend of mine, doesn't really have much idea of cellphones so I asked him to consider Windows Phone as well and well,if he could wait till 2013 then even Blackberry 10 will be there. But he just won't listen to me.This is the kind of effect that Samsung and Apple have created on their customers.Obviously he hasn't used Android or iOS so he didn't know which one would suit his needs.

I tried very hard to make him incline towards Galaxy S III(mainly, becaue I am not too fond of Apple, just a personal choice ;don't be angry Apple fans!).But he just won't listen. He knew that the Galaxy S III has more features but insisted that there is something "royal" about the Iphone. He said ,"An Iphone is an Iphone after all".
Why I said the above is mainly because i wanted to  emphasise the kind of aura that the two companies have created in the minds of their customers. From this I can conclude that Apple fans will always remain loyal to Apple no matter what happens, that's why Apple is so popular and that's absolutely understandable.Apple has supported Iphone 3GS for such a long time and their UI is not at all laggy (though multitasking is still a bit.......).Now what can Apple do to steal more customers from Android? Here are what I think the possible ways are :

1.Multitasking

This is really one of the biggest things that keeps me from accepting iOS.i mean, come on Apple! Its 2015!If Apple is so afraid that it will make their UI laggy then atleast they can provide that option isn't it?Those who need multitasking can enable it while others wh think that it is making the phone laggy can simply disable it.What do you reckon,Apple?

2.New Design

Apple has rolled out the sixth iteration of that groundbreaking platform, and it doesn’t look all that different than the first-generation release pictured above. That’s from 2007.

I’m not saying change, in a visual sense, is an absolute requisite of advancement. Of course Apple doing just fine without widgets, glanceable information, advanced multitasking and notifications, or any of the other features I demand of a modern UI. Evidently I’m in the minority. But competing platforms are continually evolving to bring more functionality to the end user, and the more they flood the market with their offerings, the more iPhone users are going to start sitting up and taking notice of all the things they can’t do as well.

3.Widgets

I am not too keen about widgets but there are a lot of people out there who need that. The basic advantage is that you don't really need to open an app, just glancing at the widget and you get all the info.
So maybe you can consider that choice too,Apple?

I want to hear from you, though. You out there. You’re on Windows Phone, or Android, or Symbian, or BlackBerry, or (bless you) webOS. This is a geek-oriented site, so you’re on those platforms for a good reason, i.e., not because you bought something without knowing what OS it ran. So you probably have a fair bit invested in your platform of choice. Awesome.

Now tell me what it would take for you to make the switch. What would Apple have to do to entice you to leap across the gorge to the world of iOS? Or, if that leap is in progress, and your new iPhone 5 is in the mail this very moment en route to your door, tell me what it was that pushed you over the edge.

1080 p Screens,What Next?

Almost a year has passed since we first started seeing smartphones with 720p displays. Since then, they’ve rapidly become the norm for smartphone screens, such that it’s hard to accept even a qHD display on an upper-tier handset. Now, 1080p displays are about to arrive, with the first-such Android models already announced. Will we be seeing these super-high-res screens migrate to the other major platforms, or is 1080p going to end up like 3D displays, and quickly fizzle out?

1080 p manufacturing process

The Rise Of 720p

LG premiered its Optimus LTE last season, with a 4.5-inch 720p display. That may have gotten the ball rolling, but Google really helped move things along with the announcement of the Galaxy Nexus and its 4.65-inch 720p screen. Seeing Google accept the technology like that signaled to OEMs that this was more than just a fad.

Now, we’re about to see the first 720p screens come to Windows Phone devices, and RIM will be introducing 720p models for the full-touch offerings in its BlackBerry 10 lineup next year. Even Apple’s sort of gotten on board, with the iPhone 5′s 1136 x 640 screen inching-up closer to 720p (though it’s still got 20-some-percent fewer pixels).

1080p Comes To Android

We recently saw the announcement of the HTC J Butterfly for Japan, featuring the company’s first five-inch 1080p display. There are plenty of rumors that other Android manufacturers will follow with similarly-equipped models. We know that LG has been working on phones with 1080p screens, and have seen rumors that manufacturers like Samsung and Pantech could also be getting ready to join the gang.

Already, 1080p sounds like it’s going to make a bigger splash than 3D displays ever did; if what we’re hearing is true, there appears to be some strong support from major manufacturers (Samsung never jumped on the 3D craze), and 1080p could, like 720p before it, quickly become something consumers look for in their high-end smartphones.

It Doesn’t Matter That 1080p Won’t Look Better

I recently wrote an article ,pointing out all the reason why we just don’t need them. Sure, as we move into tablets that’s not so true anymore, but for the moment I’m just concerned with 1080p on phones.

The problem is, as I see it, that 1080p displays are simply going to look awesome. Even if they’re battery hogs, and even if we can’t even see the difference between one pixel and the next, they’re going to look just as good as 720p screens, if not slightly better.

The idea of 1080p being superior to 720p is firmly ingrained in the minds of consumers by this point. Anyone who’s shopped for an HDTV in recent years has seen how great 1080p can look on a big screen, where the difference between 720p and 1080p is more easily appreciated. This isn’t like 3D, where no one knew quite what to make of it; the superiority of 1080p has already been well established.

So, whether it’s a significant improvement or not, 1080p on smartphones is already set up to succeed. The only thing I can see standing in its way is if some of those other problems Michael mentioned, like power consumption, end up substantially detracting from the user experience; in essence, smartphone manufacturers would have to really botch things – and in a big enough way that the public takes notice – in order to convince customers that 1080p isn’t something they should desire from a new phone.

Ultimately, I expect to see 1080p screens on Android devices start claiming a substantial share of the market for new, high-end phones by next summer.

After Android ,Who Next?

Apple has the potential to be the wild card here. It loves “wow”ing its fans, and its Retina Displays have really drawn attention to what’s possible with screens featuring very high pixel densities. That said, it hates to be seen playing catch-up, and has a history of dismissing otherwise-accepted technology (like NFC) when that just doesn’t suit its own vision for its platform. If anyone’s going to be able to stand up and say “you guys don’t really want 1080p; here, let us show you what you’ll actually like”, it’s going to be Apple. Combined with its distaste for jumbo-sized smartphones, making the small improvements 1080p offers even less apparent, I’d say we can probably count Apple out of the 1080p race.

Microsoft’s attitude towards new technology has shades of Apple’s, but I think that’s less a matter of wanting to dance to its own tune, and more about taking a slow approach to introducing change. If Microsoft sees Android users flocking to 1080p phones, it’s going to have to consider giving its own users the same option. Considering the pace it moves at, though, it might not even get around to evaluating such a thing until well into next year. Maybe we’d see some Windows Phone 9 handsets arrive with 1080p screens in 2014, but I can’t see it bringing 1080p to its platform anytime soon.

As for RIM, it clearly wants to be seen as a manufacturer with current, desirable hardware, but 1080p might be biting off more than it can chew. For one, it’s still too early to say whether or not BlackBerry 10 will be a hit. Follow that road long enough, and I’m left wondering if RIM will even still be making smartphones by the time it has to seriously think about 1080p. On the other hand, if it gets the sense early-on that 1080p is here to stay, it might want to take the initiative and beat Microsoft to the punch. If it can squeeze ahead of its competition in even that one area, that could go a long way towards making BlackBerry still seem relevant.

In the end, I’d have to put my money on Microsoft. Of all the companies running major platforms, I don’t see it having a fundamental issue with 1080p (like Apple might), and regardless of how Windows Phone 8 fares, it’s still going to be around and kicking a couple years from now.

1080 P ,what next?

Well, after 720 p,came 1080 p whats next?Personally I  don't think that there should be anything else.Mainly because between 1080 p and 720 p,the difference is not really that much noticeable on a mobile screen.Anything more than 1080 p the difference will be negligible.

Xbox SmartGlass For Android

Gamers have been looking forward to Microsoft’s SmartGlass for the Xbox 360 for months now, with the company announcing the project in the summer. With a SmartGlass app on your smartphone, you’ll be able to interact with your game console in all new ways, acting like a wireless gamepad, an extra screen, or even a virtual keyboard.
First of all, you’ll need an Android smartphone running Ice Cream Sandwich or better; sorry, those of you still waiting patiently for your Android 4.0 update to arrive. There’s also a requirement for at least a WVGA resolution.

With the app installed, and your 360 updated to the latest dashboard, you can start navigating the console’s UI with a touch of your smartphone’s screen. SmartGlass apps will also be arriving for Windows Phone and iOS devices.
