After Softbank yesterday, now NTT DoCoMo, Japan’s biggest carrier, announces its 2015 winter lineup including awesome devices like the Samsung Galaxy S III with a 1.6GHz Exynos chip and the Galaxy Note II.
And what’s interesting here is the fact that the Galaxy S III in Japan with its 1.6GHz clock speed runs faster than the international version of the handset or the U.S. models, clocked at 1.4GHz. The device is launching in a gorgeous grey and black colors. So bottomline is that the S III will be slightly faster in Japan, and not only that, but it is launching with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean on board.
The Galaxy Note II on its part also runs at 1.6GHz, but that’s the same frequency as all other versions, so no differences here.
