Best New Games For iOS and Android(Second Episode)

So my list of new games of iOS & Android continues.

4.Super Hexagon(iOS)

Super Hexagon, according to me is a fantastic game and is rightfully sometimes called as a "masterpiece".It is an extremely addictive and tough to crack game, where hexagons keep on changing with the beat of electro music. If you are a hardcore competitive gamer, you’ve just found your new platform.

5.Jetpack Joyride

Halfrbrick Studios, creators of Fruit Ninja, released Jetpack Joyride long ago on iOS, but now

the simple and addictive jetpack flying game has made it to Android. And it is free too!

6.Avengers Initiative

Hulk smash! These are the exact words you’d use for Avengers Initiative, a game that is

basically an Infinity Blade look alike with Hulk in the main role.

AMD Designs its Own Android App Store for Windows

Recently.AMD has released an Android App Store for Windows PC.Obviously, AMD isn't mass-porting Android apps to Windows, but has rather partnered with BlueStacks. For those not familiar with the BlueStacks software, it's a Windows program which simulates an Android environment, allowing the user to execute various Android apps. However, BlueStacks is optimized to work with only a few dozen apps right now. Users can still download any app they like and try their luck, but OK results aren't guaranteed.

Thankfully, AMD isn't simply offering a rebranded version of the BlueStacks player This should produce better performance and visuals for the apps supported by BlueStacks.

The new AppZone store lets you discover and buy apps straight from the program itself, as it's also integrated with Google Play, Amazon's Appstore, 1Mobile Market and GetJar.

AMD has disclosed plans to pre-load AppZone on AMD-powered computers, but it's not yet clear when this might start happening. At the end of the day, we don't really think this is where the CPU maker should focus its efforts, but still, bringing the different ecosystems closer together can only be a good thing.

Google Overtakes Microsoft And Becomes The Second Largest Tech Company In the World

For the first time today Google surpassed Microsoft’s market evaluation and became the world’s second largest tech company after Apple.
Google now has over $249 billion in market cap, while Microsoft fell to around $248.8 billion. The two companies will probably trade positions for a certain period of time, but given Google and Microsoft’s dynamics, it’s expected that in a couple of days Google will firmly establish itself on the second place.
Still, when it comes to market valuation nobody comes even close to Apple's nearly $632 billion. That's much more than Google and Microsoft combined.

Opera In An Attempt to put Opera Mobile And Mini To Windows Phone 8

Opera's Mobile and Mini browsers have been the solution to many a user's web browsing struggles back in the dark ages of smartphones, when there was no Safari yet, and pocket IE was barely usable. However, even to this day, Opera continues to be the browser of choice for many Android users, as well as users of smaller mobile operating systems, like Symbian, for example, where the stock browsing experience is still inferior. Opera has remained a relevant player not only because of the more than decent primary browser, but also thanks to Opera Mini, which can make wonders when it comes to saving some precious megabytes from your data plan.
Opera looking to port Opera Mobile and Mini to Windows Phone 8
Opera's Vadim Makeev has recently said that Opera is interested in bringing its two mobile browsers, Opera Mobile and Opera Mini to Windows Phone 8. If you wonder what's the cause for Opera's sudden interest in Microsoft's upcoming platform, it's because WP8's SDK is going to allow developers to code their apps in C, which was impossible to do with WP7. And since this allows Opera to use a lot of generic code written in C, it should be a piece of cake for the company to port its products to Windows Phone 8. Here's the official statement:
Unfortunately, we do not comment on timing. I can say one thing, as soon as the ability to release Opera Mobile/Mini for Windows Phone (SDK in this case) is available, we will immediately do it. That is a full SDK for developing in C, for which we could use an existing generic code written for all platforms. Not with the current SDK for the Windows Phone platform. As soon as it appears, we are porting Opera Mobile/Mini.

With Internet Explorer 10 bundled with Windows Phone 8, and having in mind how cool Internet Explorer was in WP7, we don't think there will be that many users who'll bother with Opera Mobile, but Opera Mini will surely be useful, due to its ability to compress data before it's sent to your handset.

Well.this was a tough post, mainly because my choices and your choices may be completely different.Still,I have put the most popular releases first - games like Bad Piggies designed in a good old Rovio fashion and Jetpack Joyride that has just arrived on Android.

If you care more about 3D graphics, though, there is really a lot to check out with releases like Avengers Initiative, God of Blades and so on.

So here goes my list of favourite new games foe iOS & Android

1.Rayman Jungle Run

You have probably already heard about it - Rayman Jungle Run has arrived on both Android and iOS  It is not a port of the Rayman game and this means the whole world and controls fit smartphones and tablets easily.

2.Bad Piggies

Bad Piggies, the next big creation by Rovio after Angry Birds ,has already made it to the top of the US Market within 3 hours of launch. The game takes you on the piggy side of the fence, where you have to transport your precious swine to its target.

3.FIFA  13-iOS

FIFA 13 has arrived and brings the latest and greatest of the soccer series, and best of all - multiplayer mode to mobile devices. Specs Leak for Verizon-bound BlackBerry Laguna

RIM is completely reinventing its BlackBerry OS in its BB10 release. They  also developed hardware that should stands up to BB OS 10’s biggest competitor, Windows Phone 8.
A leaked specs sheet details the BlackBerry Laguna for Verizon, an L-series device (those are the touch-only ones) that seems to be the CDMA version of the oft-leaked BlackBerry London.
According to this sheet, the Laguna will pack a 4.2” screen with the non-standard 1280 x 768 resolution (only the dev units and the London are supposed to use this one instead of 720p). The pixel density works out to the impressive 355ppi.
The phone will be powered by a dual-core Krait CPU and feature 1GB RAM (Qualcomm MSM8960 chipset), the same that powers the upcoming crop of WP8 flagship devices. Other specs on the BlackBerry Laguna include LTE (with GSM 2G and 3G for roaming), dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n with mobile hot-spot and Wi-Fi direct, NFC and microHDMI port.
Then there’s an 8MP camera capable of shooting 1080p video, 16GB of built-in storage and a hot-swappable microSD card. An 1800mAh battery is set to power the whole thing.
